Medplus is Amazing starting with the owner. I switched over to Medplus -Oganes Margaryan, CEO. The prior hospice didn’t work out medplus came in. I met with the owner and his team. They have weekly meetings to discuss all their patients. Carmen and the RN was amazing. She would come to visit my mom. She was very approachable, professional and provided me and the caregiver a lot of information. Desiray would also visit my mom, if we had any issues, they would answer the phone right away. They would come over right away or they would guide us on what to do. They would tell us who was on call on the weekend. They would make sure we had all our supplies. My mom passed away March 9 and I contacted Desiray, she came over right away. I also work with the caseworker Ana and she was amazing. She would also visit my mom contact me regularly to see if I need anything. She was there for support. I am so thankful that I found me plus, my dad also has dementia. The time comes. I am definitely going to reach out to Medplus

Medplus was highly recommended to us and we were not disappointed. Medplus keeps their service area local so they can respond and meet the needs in a timely fashion and they don't rely on answering machines. They have personnel answering phones and responding with care to meet the needs as soon as possible. All the people we worked with were available, competent, and gently guided us through mom's last days. They have insight and prepared us and were patient as our emotions were slower to understand what and how the course of the process would unfold. We are confident that we would again choose Medplus when the need arises.

From the first moments of meeting Oganes and Anna, I was assured that my husband would be in good hands. Every member of their team is fully qualified, as well as compassionate. It's not easy to bring a loved one home to watch them pass on, but I could feel the love from this team and so could my husband. Anna Rhoads and her team have been an excellent resource for me. My grandma is almost 90 years old and lives by herself and my father in law seems to be struggling with dementia. Anytime I have questions she knows the answer or where to direct me. If you're looking for senior or hospice care then she is the one to call. Thank you Anna for always being so gracious with your time and providing education in an area that I frankly know absolutely nothing about.
