Oganes Margaryan is the Founder and CEO of Medplus Hospice, a role he has held since establishing the company in 2017. His professional journey began in sales after high school, but he soon realized that his true calling lay elsewhere.
Originally from Armenia, Oganes was deeply influenced by his cultural tradition of caring for elders as they approached the end of their lives. Upon moving to America, he was struck by the subpar care received by terminally ill patients compared to what he had provided to his own elders. This realization motivated him to create Medplus Hospice, aiming to offer the same level of compassionate and dedicated care to his new community. Oganes is committed to ensuring that patients and their families see his team as part of their extended, caring, and supportive family.
